Welcome to TAKE Gigs. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TAKE Gigs platform (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Purpose of the App

TAKE Gigs is a platform designed to help freelance workers and organizations manage communication, availability, and gig logistics. The App is strictly a communication tool and does not facilitate, guarantee, or broker employment or payment between any parties.

We are not responsible for miscommunication, missed opportunities, or financial damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App. Your interactions with other users or organizations are conducted entirely at your own discretion and risk.2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TAKE Gigs.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, a parent or guardian must be aware of and consent to your use of the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TAKE Gigs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the App for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity,

  • Harass, impersonate, or exploit others,

  • Attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorized access, or damage the platform,

  • Upload malicious code or content.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access for any user found violating these rules.4. Data & Privacy

TAKE Gigs is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service, secure delivery of messages, or outcome from using the platform.

We do not guarantee:

  • That any communication will be delivered or responded to,

  • That use of the App will result in paid work,

  • That scheduled gigs or commitments will be honored by others.

    6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAKE Gigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Lost income or missed gigs,

  • Data loss,

  • User conflicts or misconduct.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and platform features are the property of TAKE Gigs. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reuse components of the App without express permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TAKE Gigs at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or harms the platform or its users.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates are published means you agree to the revised Terms.
